Data Enrichment Specialist (Sales Support) - Remote / U.S Time 9am-5pm CT

The primary responsibility is to enrich and maintain sales data so our sales team is always set up for success. This person will play a key role in making sure our CRM, prospect lists, and reports are accurate, up to date, and optimized for outreach.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Enriching and updating prospect and customer data in our CRM
• Maintaining spreadsheets and lists for the sales team
• Ensuring clean, accurate, and complete records to support outreach efforts
• Helping identify and fill in missing data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.)
• Supporting sales leadership with reporting and list organization

Requirements

What We’Re Looking For:

• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Previous experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with excellent computer navigation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Highly organized and process-driven
