Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Account Manager with a focus on Travel Risk Management (TRM) to join our team at Everbridge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers effectively utilize Everbridge’s Travel Protector and Critical Event Management (CEM) software to enhance their travel risk management strategies.

What You'Ll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their travel risk management needs and ensure they are leveraging Everbridge’s solutions effectively.
- · TRM Expertise: Provide expert guidance on travel risk management best practices and how to integrate these into the use of Everbridge’s software.
- · Software Utilization: Assist customers in the setup, configuration, and optimization of Everbridge’s Travel Protector and CEM software.
- · Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers to ensure they are proficient in using the software.
- · Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to enhance software features and functionality.
- · Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- · Incident Response: Support customers during critical events by providing timely
- and effective solutions using Everbridge’s software.
What You'Ll Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience in travel risk management or a related field.
- · Technical Skills: Proficiency in using travel risk management software and tools.
- · Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- · Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- · Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Training: Experience in conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
- · Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in travel risk management or emergency management.
- · Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in travel risk management and critical event management.
