Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a passionate and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Wunderman Thompson Marketing Coordinator Program in Lebanon. This role sits within a large global community dedicated to supporting Microsoft Marketing initiatives. Specifically, you will be part of the Consumer expertise group, responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of Microsoft's global and local demand generation and engagement activities focused on consumer segments (e.g., Xbox, Windows). The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact for consumer marketing execution, managing projects and coordinating internal VML resources, Microsoft stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Marketing Impact & Execution: Plan and execute Microsoft's consumer activities, including e-mail and content marketing, and BTL campaigns, to drive engagement with Microsoft consumer products. Assist in developing project and campaign plans and ensure consistent marketing across categories and channels.
- Campaign Coordination & Project Management: Act as a Project Manager with full responsibility for activity execution and its results. Coordinate all parties involved in an activity – VML and Microsoft stakeholders, and third parties.
- Localization Management: Oversee the localization/transcreation of marketing assets. Act as a content gatekeeper for all marketing content requiring translation review and approval, evaluating if content and messaging are appropriate for the local market.
- Stakeholder Management: Advise stakeholders on overall activities execution processes, KPIs, and the deployment of tools and services. Act as an advisor on consumer marketing tools and services.
What You’Ll Need:
- Ideally completed studies in any marketing-related field.
- 2+ years' experience in the execution of marketing-related initiatives, including 1+ year experience with target audience segmentation, campaign success measurement, or a project/account management role.
- Broad understanding of various marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including marketing channels.
- Proven project management skills & experience, with readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress, and meet critical deadlines.
- High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g., personal data protection or brand guidelines.
- Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in a structured way.
- Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks.
- A strong team player with the ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and orientation to detail.
- Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply).#LI-EMEA
