As the General Manager for the French region, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading our company's expansion across the French market. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the French business, from real estate acquisition to financial performance and operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our ambitious vision to become the world's leading, innovative hospitality-tech company.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning And Execution:
- Develop and implement a localised growth strategy in partnership with the Real Estate team, aligning with market trends, regulatory requirements, and Numa's profitability and guest experience goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local real estate partners to accelerate Numa’s growth trajectory in the market.
- Oversee the development and execution of effective PR and branding strategies tailored to the French market.
Financial Management And Analysis:
- Assume full responsibility for the region's profit and loss statement, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
- Challenge and optimise financial performance in collaboration with the individual owners of P/L and cash flow items.
Operational Excellence And Collaboration:
- Partner with local operations teams to ensure Numa delivers exceptional guest experiences.
- Establish and maintain strategic alliances with senior leadership in revenue, operations, real estate, finance, and Legal to ensure local business objectives are supported by centralised functions.
- Foster a service-oriented culture that prioritises exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional business results.
- Collaborate closely with the German headquarters to ensure alignment with overall company goals and leverage synergies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading strategy and business development.
- Experience working in real estate, ideally with leasing.
- Negotiation skills in both French and English.
- Strong leadership skills to empower the business during an exciting period of growth and the vision to nurture high-performance operations teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and financial analysis. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
