Job Description

The Sales Specialist role is responsible for supporting the sales team and managing small-to-medium client accounts. The role involves managing the end-to-end customer process, from handling inquiries and scheduling meetings to providing presentations and troubleshooting assistance. The individual will also perform administrative tasks such as compiling sales leads, managing data entry, and providing general support to management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency with platforms like Google Drive and Salesforce, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

​​Duties And Responsibilities:

• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Own data center processes related to customer acquisition and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with various departments to manage customer accounts, provide troubleshooting assistance, and follow up on orders and account statuses.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up on order status. This includes occasional client-facing interactions and presentations.
• Manage small-to-medium-sized client requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegating them to the sales department, and providing essential sales data and guides.
• Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other information, while maintaining an organized filing system.
• Provide administrative support to the company, executives, and management teams

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years working experience in a sales support capacity
• Graduate of a Business Administration degree or relevant to the role
