In This Role
You will serve as a key interface between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients to drive global initiatives in industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. This position combines program management and technical coordination, offering exposure to industrial control environments, cybersecurity practices, and collaboration with distributed teams across multiple regions. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with global standards.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients on technical and business issues throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive program and project schedules, consolidate status updates, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Create and/or review functional specifications to guide implementation decisions.
  • Provide technical and analytical insights to support strategic planning for Product Managers and Unit Managers.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison with vendors to track and support site-level implementation of global ICS initiatives.
  • Support deployment of ICS inventory management and hardware password automation solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with global OT cybersecurity standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of program or project management experience in industrial or critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI technologies.
  • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience interpreting and developing functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global teams and vendors in a matrixed environment.
  • Engineering, cybersecurity, or industrial automation background.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 - $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
