Western Door Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (Microsoft 365 & Power Platform) to support our government client in Falls Church, VA and San Antonio, TX. 

Work is generally expected to be fully remote.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst specializing in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. The analyst will design, develop, and implement business process improvements through tools like SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. This role requires a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Proven experience developing solutions with:
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
  • Power Automate (including RPA where applicable)
  • Power BI (dashboard creation and data modeling)
  • SharePoint Online (site design, document management)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Build custom business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Design interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites, including document libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 apps with other platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Dataverse, third-party APIs).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and automate manual tasks.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft's roadmap to proactively recommend new features and enhancements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, MS-600).
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms beyond Microsoft (e.g., Nintex, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or basic JavaScript/C# for advanced customization.
  • Experience working in consulting, enterprise environments, or with government clients.
  • Ability to perform light business analysis and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance best practices in M365 environments.
