Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Program Manager in San Antonio, TX to support the Defense Health Agency. This position is considered hybrid. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as significant experience with and knowledge of the Military Health System. The objective of this work is to support the DHA Financial Operations, J-8 with capabilities for optimization of revenue cycle efforts to prioritize improvement opportunities, begin reducing work queue backlog in MHS GENESIS, increase clinical workload capture, increase total billed for Third Party Collections (TPC), identify and correct areas where revenue leakage may be occurring, improve enterprise knowledge of workload and revenue capture, and enhance MTF staffs' ability to manage their business and be audit-ready. assist our government healthcare client to optimize Revenue Cycle operations.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide oversight and management of contract team often involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
- Support and leverage business process re-engineering efforts to achieve contract deliverables.
- Ensures quality management, and monitor overall project and contract performance, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision.
- Provide quality guidance or recommendations to colleagues, clients, or senior leadership as deemed necessary; this may include subject matter and unique technical knowledge.
Basic Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, business or healthcare-related field.
- Can achieve a Favorable Suitability Adjudication, based on a Tier 2 background investigation.
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, processes, and reports related to revenue cycle and integrity and identify and resolve related issues and problems
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, business partners, and other various stakeholders involved in revenue cycle.
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic team environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a Favorable Suitability Adjudication, based on a current Tier 2 background investigation.
- Possess a DHA issued Common Access Card (CAC)
- Substantial experience within the Military Health System (MHS) environment and requisite knowledge of MTF financial and revenue cycle operations, management operations and stakeholders
- Knowledge of MHS / DHA policies and regulations.
- PMP or similar training / certification
