About The Role

Join Galileo, a healthcare startup on a mission to transform patient care through innovative population health solutions. We're seeking an Engagement Manager - Operations to be the analytical engine behind our patient engagement team's success. In this pivotal role, you'll own the metrics and processes that directly impact how we connect with and care for our patients.

A Day In Your Life

You'll spend your time analyzing performance data to uncover insights, designing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Whether you're optimizing workflows, developing new KPIs, or presenting recommendations to leadership, your work will directly impact both team efficiency and patient experience. This role requires constant problem-solving, translating complex data into actionable solutions, and building sustainable systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and track KPIs that go beyond traditional metrics to truly measure patient engagement success
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions with measurable ROI
  • Optimize staffing models and workflows to reduce wait times and improve patient experience
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and engagement teams to design human-centered processes
  • Build sustainable systems that improve both team performance and patient outcomes
  • Translate complex metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership and frontline teams

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience with 2+ years in operations management or contact center operations
  • Proven track record of process improvement with quantifiable results
  • Experience with KPI development and performance management in service-oriented environments
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to connect metrics to business outcomes
  • Background in healthcare contact centers, business operations, or management consulting
  • Experience with contact center tools (e.g., Dialpad) and project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

Compensation: $70,000 base salary
