Job Description

Role Summary

Purpose of the Role: Lead end-to-end revenue strategy and execution for Ultrasound, Monitoring, Enterprise Informatics, and Government Business segments. Ensure revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence through strong program governance, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Delivery: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned business
  • segments.
  • Customer Management: Build CXO-level relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high
  • customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Forecasting: Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline reviews, and scenario planning for
  • leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Program Governance: Implement PMP-certified project management practices to
  • standardize execution, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, build a talent pipeline, and foster a
  • culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to
  • remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate revenue realization.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement revenue-enhancement and cost-optimization opportunities.

Key Outputs / Kpis:

  • Achievement of revenue & margin targets for all assigned segments.
  • Forecast accuracy within agreed thresholds
  • On-time delivery of projects and closure of escalations.
  • Improvement in customer satisfaction scores (IQNPS)
  • Team engagement and retention metrics (low attrition, high performance ratings).
  • Reduction in project delays and cost overruns.

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to translate organizational goals into
  • actionable revenue and growth strategies.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to engage
  • with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Financial & Analytical Skills: Expertise in forecasting, revenue planning, and variance
  • analysis.
  • Project Management Expertise: PMP-certified, with proven track record of delivering
  • complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Leadership & People Development: Ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing
  • teams.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Skilled in driving alignment across Sales, Service, Finance, and
  • Supply Chain teams.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Quick, data-driven decision-making to resolve
  • bottlenecks and protect revenue.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
