Main Purpose:
Function:Responsible for promoting PUMA Energy products and services by creating and delivering educational creative material; ensuring that a proper level of stock is maintained and that merchandise is displayed appropriately.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1- Product Assortment & Planning
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to curate product assortments.
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to select products aligned with brand strategy and target audience.
- Plan inventory levels to balance demand forecasting and budget constraints.
- Tracking monthly sales target compliance per store.
- Developing action plans per store based on identified opportunities: sales, processes, training.
2- Visual Merchandising & Presentation
- Design and implement in-store or online product displays to maximize visual appeal and sales.
- Create guidelines for product placement, signage, and promotions
- Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics and marketing campaigns.
3- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels, track sell-through rates, and coordinate replenishment to avoid overstock/stockouts.
4- Pricing & Promotions
- Recommend pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, margins, and sales goals.
- Execute markdowns, discounts, or bundle deals in collaboration with the marketing team.
5- Sales Performance Analysis
- Generate reports on product performance
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell complementary products.
6- Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and retail teams to align merchandising with campaigns and events.
7- Market Research
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform product strategies.
8- Processes & Audits
- Plan store visit schedule across the chain.
- Develop action plans for identified opportunities, ensure follow-up and closure of open points.
- Ongoing staff training in stores to strengthen operational knowledge, best practices, and supervision of brand standards compliance.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Retail experience or formal visual merchandising training.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and retail merchandising fundamentals.
Skills:
- Ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines independently.
- Communication: Ability to negotiate with vendors and present data-driven recommendations
- Detail-Oriented
- Expertise in planning, project management, and time management.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of market studies and consumer trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency.
