Reporting directly to head coach of men's lacrosse, manage daily operations of the men's lacrosse program; manage all game logistics, including travel, practice; assist with practice management; provide administrative support to the coaches; supervise team of student managers, write routine correspondence; coordinate travel for recruitment purposes; organize visits of student athletes; manage recruiting database; organize all program scheduling, including but not limited to, practice schedules, team events and opponent practice times; write program communications (alumni newsletters, social media, etc.); plan end of year banquet; assist with alumni relations, equipment ordering, and budget management.Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the men's lacrosse program; manage all game logistics, including travel, practice; assist with practice management; provide administrative support to the coaches; supervise team of student managers, write routine correspondence; coordinate travel for recruitment purposes; organize visits of student athletes.
- Organize all program scheduling, including but not limited to, practice schedules, team events and opponent practice times; write program communications (alumni newsletters, social media, etc.); plan end of year banquet; assist with alumni relations, equipment ordering, and budget management.
- Effectively work with staff members in the areas of compliance, student development, external operations, facility/operations, equipment operations, internal operations, and athletic development. Comply with all NCAA, Ivy League, university and divisional rules and policies. Assist in organizing team and coach travel, compliance paperwork, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Serve as role-model and advisor for student-athletes in a general capacity. Connect student-athletes to necessary resources within and outside of Penn Athletics, as needed. Provide support system to all student-athletes on the team.
- Assist the head coach in building strong relationships with alumni, fans, campus partners and the broader community.

$7.25 - $15.00 Hourly RateSalary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
