Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager in our department Customer Service Airplane Doors who will be managing our door products onsite in Toulouse. You will also support our products across Airbus locations in Hamburg, Saint-Nazaire, Tianjin and Mobile.

As a CSM, you will coordinate repairs, upgrades and retrofits to our products at the Airbus site in Toulouse. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to retain usability of our products and to customer satisfaction. You will be the face of Airbus Helicopters onsite.

Scope Of Work / Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of OSS activities (internal/external) with the goal of implementing the OSS agreement on-time and on-quality
  • Coordination of multifunctional teams onsite and in the back office to ensure their operational ability to act
  • External customer interface for Airbus MCA & FAL customers, SCQM’s and local programs, including technical support in commercial discussions
  • Internal customer interface to support programs, represent contractual monitoring KPI’s, continuous improvement of the OSS services
  • Supplier management, in-situ activities onsite
  • Support of process improvements & process management in the onsite service workscope
  • Monitoring the Non-conformity management of our airplane door products
  • Further development of our partnership with the customer

Requirements:

  • Technical degree, preferable in the aviation field
  • Experience in onsite management / the field of customer service
  • Spoken english sufficient for technical discussion, french language skills are an advantage
  • Experience in the area of Airbus airplane manufacturing
  • Product experience in the area of airplane doors is a plus
  • Willingness to travel / AOG service availability
