Collins Aerospace is on the lookout for a dynamic Onsite Quality Engineering professional, equipped with an engineering or technical degree. This pivotal role involves spearheading Quality Engineering processes and projects, focusing on the aspects of a highly demanding program quality position. As an individual contributor working with a cross-functional team, you will set and achieve objectives that significantly influence our organizational goals.
Please note that this position requires on-site support and is subject to intermittent travel requirements ranging up to 10% of your time.

What You Will Do:
- Understand and implement customer quality requirements, ensuring thorough flow down and execution of these requirements across internal production and Collins wide support sites as well as major subcontractors.
- Lead the execution of escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning and implementation, adhering to current standard work.
- Enhance processes to develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols.
- Oversee and resolve nonconforming material and process noncompliance events.
- Provide detailed analysis and explanations of testing and inspection plans, methods, and technologies to ensure product and process reliability and conformance.
- Ensure projects and process control documentation comply with requirements, objectives, and contracts.
- Assist with supplier quality activities, warranty processes, part purges, and MRB activities.
- Develop and implement proactive quality initiative strategies.
- Oversee both Program and Product Quality Engineering responsibilities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
