Job Description

Are you a leader with proven expertise in transportation infrastructure? AECOM is looking for an Associate Director – Transport based in our Wellington office to help drive some of New Zealand’s most transformative infrastructure projects. Join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable, future-ready transport solutions across the country.

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead and manage engineering and design teams
• Oversee resourcing for specialist inputs and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor scope, budget, and timelines
• Provides technical leadership on projects and is a fully capable professional in their field.
• Business Development including meeting with clients, preparing and leading bids.

Qualifications

• Proven minimum 15 years’ experience in Transportation Infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in leading project teams, managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, and the ability to develop a strong client base
• Experience bringing together a cohesive team on complex projects
• Appropriate tertiary qualification and CPEng Preferable
