Marketing Assistant - International Programs (Hourly)

Job Description Summary:

The Marketing Assistant supports Austin Community College’s International Programs by promoting faculty-led study abroad opportunities and global engagement initiatives. This role focuses on developing creative marketing strategies, managing social media content, coordinating outreach efforts, and increasing student awareness of international education programs.

Job Description:

1) Collaborate with International Programs team members to plan and prioritize marketing strategies for all study abroad programs.

2) Partner with faculty leaders to develop, schedule, and publish social media content promoting ACC’s faculty-led study abroad programs. Maintain and grow the ACC Study Abroad Instagram presence and branding.

3) Coordinate and implement multi-media marketing campaigns and student outreach activities for faculty-led study abroad programs, including occasional travel to ACC campuses.

4) Deliver presentations and information sessions to promote study abroad programs.

5) Manage information tables and engage students at campus events.

6) Assist with the coordination and promotion of International Education Week events.

7) Organize and maintain a digital archive of photos, videos, and other marketing assets from past study abroad programs.

8) Support the design, development, and publication of promotional materials, including brochures, posters, and digital content.

9) Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

10) Perform other related duties as assigned.
