Equiniti Trust Company, LLC. (EQ) is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to join our team in India.

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities for multiple transaction processing teams within TA Operations.

This manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team using established policies, procedures, processes, controls, training, risk mitigation strategy, metrics/reporting and applicable industry regulations as well as managing moderately complex issues, production initiatives and projects.  This role is also responsible for managing the ongoing processing efforts and ensuring clear expectations are set and the team is held accountable for their performance. 

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Adherence to regulatory requirements, service levels and productivity standards.
  • Adherence to policies and procedures along with implementing related process changes.
  • Setting clear expectations and holding team accountable for their performance.
  • Allocate employee resources efficiently, coordinate support with other departments as needed.
  • Root cause analysis for escalations; implement associated resolutions.
  • Reviewing, tracking and monitoring reports for items requiring action.
  • Training staff.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operations experience, client services experience, related business experience, or a combination of
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in an operations environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Expert operational understanding and experience in customer service/client support servicing initiatives and strategies
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
  • Strong change management skills
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
  • Shareowner services leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
