Position Title: Junior Service Delivery Manager

Location: Delft (Hybrid working 2-3 days a week on-site)

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary point of contact. You will hold regular service reviews ensuring quality delivery while identifying opportunities to strengthen the partnership. You will focus on driving customer satisfaction and unlocking additional value in each contract.

Summary

Build and maintain a strong relationship with your own customer base
Grow the value of the contracts you manage, always aiming to improve customers’ cybersecurity
Attend various formal and ad hoc meetings with clients, such as (onsite) service meetings, service-related questions, and escalations
Work closely with the account management team
Ensure the delivered services are always in line with the contracted SLAs
Analyse service usage and perceived value of the services

What we are looking for in you

Experience in IT and Cybersecurity
Extensive experience working with clients, attending client meetings and building on-going relationships
Commercially minded holding the ability to spot expansion opportunities ITIL Foundation certification would be desirable but not essential
Experience working in an agile environment, attending client sites when the business required
Motivated individual looking to make a real impact in the Service Delivery Management team to enhance customer base and progress your career
Fluent communication in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
