java Fullstack Developer-Lead-Vice President

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead the Lead end-to End delivery of ADR (American Depository Receipt) Modernization initiative.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and engineers through end-to-end modernization projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and coach development teams, fostering continuous improvement and agile practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, executives, and business partners.

Technical Strategy & Solutioning

• Assess existing legacy platforms and design modernization strategies (cloud migration, microservices, API enablement, containerization, etc.).
• Define technical standards, architectural blueprints, and best practices for modernization.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and product owners to ensure alignment with long-term IT strategy.
• Oversee code reviews, technical risk management, and solution performance tuning.

Execution & Delivery

• Manage multiple modernization projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, third-party providers, and internal IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Implement DevOps practices to ensure secure, automated, and efficient development lifecycles.
• Monitor platform performance post-modernization, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 13-18 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• java Full stack developer (angular,spingboot,oracle ,sql, microservices and proficiency with devops tools (Lightspeed Enterprise)
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Understanding of banking domain preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
