Job Summary:

The Program Management Administrator supports Program Management in a variety of different disciplines.  An Administrator is expected to take direction from a Program Manager to action clearly defined tasks.  These tasks and disciplines include, but are not limited to: Program Documentation, Contract Documentation, Procurement, Event Facilitation, Scheduling, and Property Accountability and Management.  Skillful execution of this role will improve cohesion between PMO and different sections.  Time between actions should be reduced significantly through the delegation of clear action from Program Manager to Program Administrator.  Role will be supporting in nature but will have some duties and responsibilities that are assigned directly with full ownership. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support Program Manager on customer documents and generate meeting notes and taskers for team.   
• Support Program Manager on capture requirements for modifications. 
• Work with PMO and Contracts to maintain and execute contracts.
• Work with PMO, ENG, and Purchasing to manage quoting, REQ, and PO process to ensure that timely procurement is executed.  
• Support coordination of external and internal events.  
• Work with PMO to provide critical inputs to the IMS based on involvement in other requirements.   
• Work with PMO, ENG, and OPS to ensure that the BOM is maintained throughout all phases of the program. 
• Work with procurement team to conduct and maintain a Diminishing Manufacturability Source (DMS) Tracker. 
• Manage Contractor Acquired Property and Conduct and Present Accountability Logs.
• Support check out of material and equipment and ensure that Sparing and Scrap Logs are up to date.  

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable with DoD operations and processes 
• Basic knowledge of SAP  
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft products  
• Experience with material accountability and tracking
• Record of hard-working attitude
