Job Summary:
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, translating them into functional requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective systems and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business operations and technical systems, with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development and implementation teams.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of solution objectives and define success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Prepare and manage project estimates, resource allocations, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Partner with QA teams to ensure test cases align with business requirements and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist in the planning and execution of post-implementation support and transition to operational teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• 50% Business Analyst (Stakeholder collaboration, user story writing, technical collaboration)
• 30% UX Design
• 10% Project Management
• 10% Post Project (Product handoff, Customer adoption)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.
