Our customers include Travel + Leisure Magazine World’s Best Award Winners National Geographic Expeditions, Micato Safaris, and Butterfield & Robinson who use the system to craft unique itineraries, process bookings, streamline operations and manage customer and vendor relationships. 

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be a motivated self-starter who will work closely with our senior SSRS/SQL Report Developer and Senior Technical Services Engineer to provide a quick and easy experience for customers looking to build custom reports, automations, and queries for API integrations. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports based on business requirements. 
• Database development, including stored procedures and queries to be used in custom API calls. 
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing SPROCs for performance and reliability. 
• Implementing workflow automations to remove friction for customers sending automated email responses, business workflow task creation, and internal process movement.  
• Consulting and working with clients to gather requirement specifications. 
• The ability to work remotely and deliver projects and tasks on time in a remote work environment 
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders. 

Skills & Competencies:

Candidates should be organized and detail-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to deliver data-driven solutions in a remote work environment. 

 Previous travel industry experience is preferred but not required.   

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years Microsoft SQL programming, database design, and query tuning. 
• 2+ years Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) 
• Experienced in gathering requirements and creating specs for report development. 
• Excellent communication skills to interface directly with customers 
• Experience with SAAS products used in the travel industry is a plus 
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflow automation engine is a plus
