Process Development Engineer

We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of the new water storage tank production line and upcoming projects,
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure process readiness, quality, and efficiency during production ramp-up
• Lead or support improvement and layout planning projects related to new or existing production setups
• Conduct process analysis, labor and material usage assessments, and workflow optimization
• Perform time and method studies; maintain and update technical documentation
• Analyze production losses and coordinate corrective actions to meet efficiency and quality targets
• Participate in cross-departmental improvement or installation projects as needed
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to increase machine efficiency, optimize workflow and achieve operational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and project management
• Experience in data analytics and optimization projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
• English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
