We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our high-performing Sports Medicine team in Finland. Covering Helsinki and the surrounding region, you’ll take ownership of a strategically important territory, supporting surgeons in the OR, driving complex deals, and leading the charge in converting competitive accounts.

What You'll Represent – Our Sports Medicine Portfolio

Stryker’s Sports Medicine portfolio is designed to help surgeons improve mobility, restore function, and enhance patient outcomes through innovative arthroscopic technologies. You’ll represent:

  • Shoulder and knee arthroscopy solutions
  • Soft tissue repair products (rotator cuff, labrum, meniscus)
  • Advanced biologics and regenerative technologies
  • Fluid management, resection, and insufflation systems
  • 4K and 3D visualization, surgical towers, and OR integration platforms

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow your territory through a strategic, data-driven approach, including a 3-year business plan with clear objectives.
  • Act as a trusted clinical advisor—support procedures, provide in-depth product knowledge, and deliver real value to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.
  • Convert competitors and open new accounts through consultative, high-impact sales techniques.
  • Collaborate cross-divisionally to craft compelling offers and maximize value for customers.
  • Build customer loyalty through reliability, credibility, and a strong ethical foundation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years of experience, ideally within a medical or regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant healthcare or business field preferred.
  • Confident, influential communicator in English (Finnish is a plus).
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate complex hospitals and work with stakeholders across levels.
  • Commercially sharp, analytical, and highly self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • A top sport mindset: you embrace stretch targets and don’t flinch at ambitious growth goals.
