As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Responsibilities:
- Level 3 Support: Incident/Problem Resolution and determining new features.
- Develop new features and tools.
- Create POCs for new tools for exploration and possible future implementation.
- Define/Implement new frameworks.
- Analyze, develop integrations of DevSecOps tools, and create advanced complexity pipelines.
- Support and coach previous-level members.
- Plan and design new frameworks or techniques according to available practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with security guidelines for development and tool use.
- Ability to self-learn new programming languages.
- Code review for team members.
- Design software architecture based on the tools to be implemented as a result of the POCs.
- Coordinate with support for the tool brands for third-level support if errors are detected in the software/factory itself.
- Research new trends in software development and align them with the organization's needs.
- Ability to present and implement high-impact initiatives/improvements, considering risks, impacts, value deliveries, indicators/KRs, critical dates, among others.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience developing software applications (Experience in CI/CD for mobile applications, for Android/iOS, and knowledge of the different stores where new versions of web, mobile, etc. applications are deployed).
- At least 2 years of experience creating pipelines of intermediate complexity involving the following technologies: Shell scripting, Ansible, Groovy.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying components in Kubernetes and microservices.
- Deployment of solutions in PaaS services.
- 2 to 3 years of experience solving intermediate complexity issues using DevSecOps tools.
Competencies:
- Acts in compliance with standards and policies.
- Be recognized as an expert in the DevSecOps field (Actively participating in DevOps communities and professional networks, such as LinkedIn, where you
- DevOps Fundamentals Certification (Required)
- Certification in Cloud Fundamentals (Preferred in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) (Required)
- DevSecOps Engineering or DevOps Test Engineering (DTE) Certification
- Provides technical training on DevSecOps tools or practices in BCP
- Designs initiatives that generate impacts on at least one of the DevSecOps indicators: Lead Time, Change Fail, Availability, Time to Restore, and Deployment Frequency
- Scrum framework
- Focus on indicators and constant value delivery
- Communicates and influences
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Active participation. and consistently share knowledge.
- Makes decisions and provides guidance for those at the "Novice" and "Advanced Beginner" levels.
- Takes initiative without needing others to tell him what to do.
- Effectively guides a team, distributing responsibilities and following up.
