Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team in Madrid. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR operations. Under the guidance of the Global Head of Talent and the Global Head of Operations, the intern will support key HR initiatives and processes, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic HR projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about organizational dynamics, HR best practices, and the role of HR in driving business success within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, launch, implementation and monitoring of Human Resources projects and initiatives such as:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support and implementation of selection processes, collaboration in the onboarding process and follow-up of new hires.
- Young Talent: Management and monitoring of Cintra internship programs.
- Training: Collaboration in the detection of training needs, design of the training plan and management and implementation of training actions. Management of language training.
- Communication: support in the development and deployment of communication actions in the business unit.
- Data Management: prepare management of Human Resources data and indicators, perform administrative tasks for the proper functioning of the area. Update and maintain employee records in global HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Reporting and analytics: Prepare basic reports and dashboards to track HR KPIs on a global scale.
- Support global HR processes: assist with the coordination and execution of HR activities across different geographies (onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, etc.).
- Documentation management: support the preparation, review, and filing of employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents for multiple countries.
- Project support: collaborate on global HR initiatives, process improvement, and policy standardization projects.
- Employee support: help respond to employee inquiries in coordination with regional HR Operations teams.
- Compliance and processes: assist in ensuring adherence to internal processes and local labor regulations across geographies.
- Digitalization and automation: contribute to identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes through digital tools and automation.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor´s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources or Business Administration. Other specializations with the required experience will also be valued.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
- High level of Office Package: especially Excel and Powerpoint and ability to learn new software (Outlook, Workday).
- C1 level of English and Spanish – are required.
- Attention to detail, rigor, planning and organization. Ability to collaborate and open-mindedness.
