Job Description

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and provide dedicated support to the Technology and Operations Division. This role will serve as a key finance partner, providing insights and analysis to drive decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability.

Responsibilities Of The Role:

  • Lead monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, providing actionable insights to technology and Global Security leadership.
  • Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Partner with Technology and Global Security leadership to drive headcount planning and management, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and financial targets.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for business partners and technology leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze financial results to Identify areas of potential cost savings and efficiencies to incorporate into the firm’s financial plan and forecast.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Technology, and Corporate functions to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate capital projects, business cases, and investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, tools, and systems.
  • Requirements of the Role
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance; experience supporting technology with capital investment experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Workday) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of capital planning, project financial analysis, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
