Deloitte is expanding its Business Finance practice to help organisations transform how Finance drives strategy, insight, and performance. Our key focus areas include Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Finance Analytics, Finance Automation, and Finance AI. The Digital Finance team leads the shift from traditional to dynamic Finance by leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and robotic process automation (RPA) to accelerate decision-making, boost efficiency, and create sustainable business value.

We are seeking talented professionals with consulting experience in finance transformation or strong industry finance backgrounds to design and deliver digital finance solutions that position Finance as a strategic business partner. As a member of the Digital Finance team, you will oversee projects or workstreams within transformation programmes, collaborating with Finance executives and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled solutions that enhance insight, decision-making, and performance. Your role includes project management, client delivery, business development support, and mentoring junior team members.

About The Role:

• Project Management – Manage end-to-end delivery of digital finance projects, ensuring scope, budget, governance, and quality standards are met.
• Assessment & Solution Design – Lead the assessment of finance automation, AI, and analytics opportunities, design solutions, and develop business cases that demonstrate feasibility and sustainable value.
• Technology Enablement – Oversee implementation of AI, analytics, and automation tools; collaborate with client IT and technology partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Change Management & Adoption – Drive change activities to embed new ways of working and ensure client teams gain long-term benefit from digital finance solutions.
• Business Development – Contribute to proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership; support Deloitte’s Digital Finance market presence.
• Client Engagement – Build relationships with Finance leaders, helping them identify opportunities to apply digital finance to strategic challenges.
• Innovation & Insight – Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital finance and bring innovative thinking to client projects and internal initiatives.
• Team Development – Support the day-to-day management, development, and mentoring of junior colleagues.
• Practice Development – Contribute to Deloitte’s internal Digital Finance knowledge, accelerators, and methods.

About You:

• Experience in finance transformation, consulting, or industry, with a focus on Finance AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (e.g. Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, and shared services).
• Proven project management experience, including governance, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI, analytics, and automation concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Experience managing stakeholders, including exposure to senior Finance executives.
• Familiarity with enabling technologies such as automation/RPA, analytics, or AI.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) preferred.
