Commissioning Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform functional and performance testing of air handling units, pumps, fans, actuators, sensors etc
• Review drawings, P&IDs, control schematics, and client specifications
• Prepare commissioning plans, test scripts, and method statements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues & implement corrective actions and create lessons learned
• Be able to Produce detailed commissioning reports and punch lists with associated sites
• Provide training to client operations staff on system operation and maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and Silent-Aire quality standards
• Take on site/on-line meetings and be able to liaise with other contractors, site staff and the customer
• Frequent travel is a must within Europe

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong electrical background or a degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent site experience)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, construction-site environments.
• Proficient in reading technical/electrical drawings
