Responsibilities

Be part of the DLJBS team and reporting directly to the manager supporting the Valuation and Risk Advisory (VRA) Services in the GC in various functions including information gathering, data entry, report preparation and production of all property types.
Directly manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery to support Valuation and Risk Advisory (VRA) Services in the GC in various functions including information gathering, data entry, report preparation and production across all property types.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's performance, efficiency, and overall productivity, and to instil fundamentals of value creation and impact generation among the team members on every project.
Collaborate with business lines, other departments and external parties to gather relevant data, market insights, and research reports to build database and support the VRA team's objectives.

• Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience 
• Bachelor’s or higher academic credentials related to real estate economics, asset valuation, economics, and accounting are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in valuation and real estate background, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, demonstrating strong people management skills.
• Expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis for complex scenarios. 

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and complex documents.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to achieve success.

Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint software is required. Experience using advance excel, and financial modelling, or other computer-assisted programs e.g. VBA, Python, AI, data scraping, information management, etc. is preferred.

Proficient in Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.
