Core Responsibilities
- Deliver Global and Regional initiatives to drive commercial success across all three sub channels.
- Drive a consistent and premium LEGO retail experience through effective execution across the LEGO Branded Channel.
- Commercially review and analyze retail results and KPI’s to drive short, medium and long term actions to deliver commercial success.
- Support key partners across APAC to deliver commercial plans and partner support to drive collaborative mutual success.
- Support marketing and campaign executions across the channel to deliver brand executions and excellence to drive recruitment and retention.
- Collaborate with Retail training manager to drive consumer experience and on brand experiences within our stores.
- Ability to engage and manage key partners internally and externally to drive the channel strategy
- Demonstrate key account management abilities to be in the best position to support local partners.

As the Retail Commercial Manager you will support the Regional Commercial Director to deliver the commercial strategy across the LEGO Branded Channel. Working closely with key staked holders in each Business unit and Regional to find opportunities, deliver strategies and support our partners to ultimately deliver our commercial success in the short, medium and long term.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing the LEGO® brand to life in the LEGO Branded Channel by supporting local teams and Partners in creating an exceptional retail experience that inspires creativity and connections across shoppers and consumers.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in retail management or retail operations with a strong understanding of B2B Branded channels.
- Demonstrated ability to implement critical initiatives, that enhance customer experience and optimize sales while maintaining adherence to global retail standards.
- Strong analytical skills that enable the identification of the optimal commercial opportunities and strategic trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
- Flexibility to travel as needed within the APAC region and possess the necessary work authorizations.
