Bring your analytical skills, ability to visualize data, and interest in Supply Chain Management principles in to Play and contribute to our Materials and Packing Procurement team, improving decision-making and performance!

Core Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst you will play an important part in helping the team achieving effective & efficient Category Management, ultimately boosting productivity and business impact. You will mainly do this by:

  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving analytical tools and business processes.
  • Improving data visualization methods and providing support for specific tasks, including ad hoc analysis and presentations.
  • Acting as a key enabler and knowledge ambassador, promoting adoption of new tools by training team members and sharing guidelines.
  • Co-leading cost and spend analysis efforts.
  • Serving as the data owner for SAP and Coupa, ensuring accuracy and consistency in procurement data management.
  • Developing and maintaining tools to monitor financial performance, enabling real-time tracking and insight generation.
  • Designing, optimizing and building templates, processes, and tools to support negotiation, spend tracking, compliance, carbon footprint reporting, and other central initiatives.

Do You Have What It Takes?

To excel in this role, we imagine you as diligent and highly analytical. You thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting, adept at juggling multiple tasks at once. Your strong communication skills enable you to simplify intricate data for easy understanding. Additionally, we anticipate that you possess:

  • 3+ years of pertinent industry background, potentially in Supply Chain Management or Pricing.
  • Preferable experience from supply chain planning, logistics, or procurement operations.
  • Proven understanding of SAP and advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros and data automation.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools to build dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with tools powered by artificial intelligence, data modeling, or digital transformation projects within the supply chain or procurement departments.
  • Attention to details, ownership of tasks, and a strong drive to achieve excellence.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
