Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Imaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in our digital transformation process, converting physical records into high-quality electronic images. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of critical documents, directly contributing to our operational efficiency and success.

• Pay:19.00 per hour with SCA Wage
• Schedule 7:00am-3:30pm
• * This position is onsite at customer location*

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sort, and scan hard-copy documents into high-quality digital images.
• Perform quality control and indexing on all scanned documents to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Complete and maintain internal documentation and tracking for all project assignments.
• Remove staples, reassemble, and sequence documents after the scanning process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer applications and digital processes.
• Proven ability to work at a sustained pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of lifting and moving boxes or equipment up to 29 lbs frequently
