  • Your opportunity
  • You will be an integral part of Balenciaga's retail training team, assisting them on a daily basis.

How you will contribute

  • Adapt product training content for morning briefs: extract key messages, simplify formats (e.g. 5-minute focus, quick quizzes), and create visual or interactive supports.
  • Coordinate the Training Ambassador Program: manage communications, organize meetings, follow up on actions, and support tool/resource development.
  • Support training logistics: schedule sessions, book rooms, send invitations, manage calendars.
  • Track training participation: monitor attendance, completion rates, and feedback; maintain trackers and dashboards.
  • Assist with budget monitoring: follow up on training-related expenses, invoices, and reporting.
  • Translate training materials and communications (English, French, Italian).
  • Update and organize training content libraries to ensure accessibility for store teams.
  • Support onboarding of new retail employees
  • Contribute to internal communications: newsletters, updates.
  • Conduct research on retail training best practices and suggest improvements.
  • Analyze feedback from training sessions and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the organization of internal training events or workshops (logistics, materials, participant lists).

Who You Are

  • Student at a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university program
  • First experience in sales, training, or marketing, ideally in the fashion or luxury industry
  • Organized, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
  • Creative, with a genuine interest in fashion, a keen eye for aesthetics, and great attention to detail
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); knowledge of creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a real plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
