Job Description

• Responsible for leading and managing the Engineering, focusing resource accordingly in relation to business requirements
• Manage and implement projects to improve OEE, line efficiency and product conversion costs in relation to plant performance and asset longevity.
• Identifying and assessing the value and capability of new or additional technologies through innovation.
• Manage local capital expenditure on site ensuring projects scopes are followed through to delivery on time and within budget
• Fully support and comply with company HSE and Quality Policies.
• Ensuring the operational delivery of the R&M budget and reporting against established KPI’s.
• Defining, automating and simplifying processes identifying key levers and process parameters.
• Ensure the delivery of continuous improvement through leadership.
• Identifying, providing and facilitating solutions to process, engineering and technical problems.
• Ensuring the retention and adherence to accredited standards (ISO 9001)
• Ensuring that maintenance and production standards are observed and applied.
• Developing technical capability within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of Engineering management, Manufacturing operations, project management, Process,  combined experience within the Industrial, Materials or other technical sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Material, or Engineering related is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in the Glass Fiber segment is preferred and beneficial.
• Ability to communicate in English.
