We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the Senior Manager, T&Q Financial Planning & Analysis role. The role supports financial planning and analysis through routine and ad hoc reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Responsibilities include generating and analyzing OPEX and headcount reports, managing Hyperion updates, and some support to COGS and Product Ownership. The position also involves cross-functional project documentation and support for automation initiatives.
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Senior Manager, T&Q FP&A. This is a hands-on individual contributor position to start with scope for growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Routine and ad hoc tactical work (reporting and planning) to support other team members
- Refresh OPEX and Headcount reports, provide first pass commentary including detailed actuals analysis
- Forecast and budget template generation and collection, including Hyperion update
- Ad hoc opex analysis as required
- Support COGS, Inventory, and Cash modeling inputs, data validation, etc
- Support revisions in modeling to support deployment of additional analytics and longer-term projections
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and follow-ups on cross-functional initiatives
- Support systems solutions, including functional requirements gathering, partnering with technical teams, testing, etc.

Education And Experience
- Minimum 8 – 12 (w/o Master’s) or 6 – 8 years (with Master’s) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Hyperion Smart View expertise
- Advanced Excel
- Background in budget management, month end close FP&A processes required
- Familiarity with Tech Ops is a plus
The base salary range for this role is $145,840 to $182,300. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
