Senior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Magenta. In this role, you will take ownership of accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You will play a key part in supporting our industrial business by managing day-to-day processes, contributing to monthly and yearly closings, and providing reliable financial data for decision-making.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the AR cycle, including invoicing for systems and services
• Monitor cash flow and follow up on overdue customers
• Prepare monthly accounting adjustments and support intercompany reconciliations
• Contribute to financial reporting, including leasing activities
• Coordinate payroll checks with external consultants and review records
• Manage tax activities (F24 payments, VAT controls, tax filings)

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Laurea Triennale)
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the industrial sector
• Solid knowledge of Italian accounting standards (IFRS a plus)
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
• Team player with good communication skills
