The EMEA Client Experience (CX) team elevates how PwC delivers a distinctive, consistently excellent client experience to our clients consistently across territories. We shape the CX strategy for the EMEA Cluster, strengthen our people’s relationship capabilities, and translate client feedback into concrete actions that build trust, create value to our clients, and differentiate our firm.
As an intern supporting the team, you help ensure our multiple projects, events, and initiatives run seamlessly. Your remit spans end-to-end project management and execution, scheduling, and event logistics. With sharp attention to detail, a proactive, hands-on approach, and the ability to anticipate needs, you’ll play a key role in contributing to the team’s success.
Your Impact
As an intern in EMEA Client Experience team or in our team, you’ll make an impact by:
- Coordinating the EMEA Client Experience team’s projects and activities
- Monitoring deadlines, track workloads, and proactively follow up with team members
- Assisting in developing reports, analysis, and project documentation - using GenAI as much as possible
- Supporting developing PowerPoint presentations and communications
- Ensuring smooth logistical arrangements on for events, territories and EMEA CX network calls, including scheduling and invitations
- Following up with speakers and relevant stakeholders on agreed actions
About You
- You’re a final-year Bachelor or master's student in Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration,Marketing,Sales,Communication or any other relevant field
- Fluent in Dutch and/ or French, excellent English verbal and written skills
- You’re looking for a school internship for at least 3 months from now.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written you keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged in a positive manner
- Proactive mindset: you take ownership, think critically, and drive projects forward
- Strong organisational skills: you coordinate multiple projects with precision and efficiency
- Attention to detail: you ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in all tasks
- Problem-solving ability: you anticipate challenges and handle them effectively
- Tech-Savviness, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with project management tool, and GenAI skills would be strongly recommended
- You create engaging, creative, and brand-aligned materials.
- You’re eager to learn, contribute ideas, propose improvements, and add value beyond execution.
