Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, Marketing Campaign & Demand Generation Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns that support product launches, events, and strategic business priorities across regions. This role drives measurable growth through cross-functional collaboration, audience-centric messaging, and data-informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is ready to take ownership of high-impact initiatives.

This position is part of the Marketing Growth team located in Bangalore, India and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Leading development and execution of global marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Partnering with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and cohesive execution across channels.
• Defining KPIs and analyzing performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Creating messaging frameworks and content briefs tailored to personas and verticals.
• Managing campaign calendars, budgets, and resource allocation across initiatives.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B campaign management or demand generation, ideally in a global context.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transalte data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

It would be a plus if you:

• Have strong understanding of environmental verticals and sustainability.
• Have strong project management and organizational skills.
• Have experience with LinkedIn and YouTube for B2B campaign amplification.
• Are familiarity with OpenAI tools and their application in marketing workflows
