C&W have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist to join our Global Occupier Services team.
You will be professional, well-mannered, and with high standards. The role involves interacting with very high-profile guests, so discretion, professionalism and diplomacy are key. The property set up is a combination of luxury private household and office space.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and organizing of the front desk activities.
- The receptionist must be able to establish interpersonal relationships and communicate well as the first person who customers see and talk to.
- Assists employees with special requests and acts as an employee relations liaison to provide helpful and accurate information to employees and visitors.
- Customer service is a top priority for our client.
- You are the first point of contact for our employees, customers, candidates, and vendors.
- A friendly, helpful, engaging experience is most important for each person that visits the front desk.
- Duties will include greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system.
- This will also include issuing of temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors, directing visitors appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Follow established protocol to protect customer and employee privacy when speaking with all callers while maintaining professional, friendly demeanor.
- Multiple administrative tasks include event support and assisting with property management ticket requests.
- You will be assisting with onsite meetings and will provide support such as setup and/or teardown of meetings, lunches, HHs, or townhalls, printing, and assisting workmates or visitors.
- The receptionist will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as printing FedEx labels, creating shipments/pickups, and maintaining the package/storage areas.
- Help keep reception area clean and tidy and decorate for occasions and holidays.
- Assist local Workmates or stakeholders with event or project needs, i.e. printing, signage, etc.
Knowledge:
- High School Diploma or in country equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and similar Google platforms
