The Process Filtration Territory Manager – Southeast US role will be focused on selling filtration products to Food and Beverage manufacturers and resellers. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with process filtration, life sciences or food and beverage technology experience. This role will cover the Southeastern region, which consists of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and part of Tennessee. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with previous industry-relevant experience. This is a remote-based position and the proper candidate must live and travel within the territory.

Role Responsibilities:

• Growing sales within the assigned region
• Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering firms, and strategic end-users
• Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability
• Expanding customer base through networking, lead follow-up and conversion
• Collaborating with our field sales and inside sales team to cultivate and share leads
• Developing and maintaining opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM
• Up to 60% travel within the geographic territory

• Direct End-Users

• Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners
• Train distributors and end users to maximize potential sales of Donaldson products

TRAVEL:  Up to 60%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant outside sales experience
• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• 3+ years of experience covering a multi-state territory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Sales Aptitude

• Process Filtration experience would be ideal
• Food & Beverage manufacturing/industry experience
• Prior experience selling through distributors, resellers and engineering firms
• Experienced territory management skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Annual Salary Range : $78,400 - $100,900.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
