<strong>How You'll Lead:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong> Define and execute operational strategies that align with company growth objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency across all functions.</li>
<li>
<strong>P&L Ownership:</strong> Drive profitability through effective cost management, revenue growth, and accountability for division-level financial performance.</li>
<li>
<strong>Team Development:</strong> Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing managers and teams, instilling a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.</li>
<li>
<strong>Operational Oversight:</strong> Ensure flawless execution of daily freight brokerage operations, including customer service, carrier management, dispatch, and compliance.</li>
<li>
<strong>Business Expansion:</strong> Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities; establish, scale, and oversee new offices or branches as needed.</li>
<li>
<strong>Risk & Compliance Management:</strong> Ensure adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and industry regulations, while mitigating operational risks. </li>
<li>
<strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Implement best practices, KPIs, and technology solutions (e.g., TMS, CRM, analytics tools) to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. </li>
<li>
<strong>Account Growth:</strong> Grow and expand revenue within existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and closing those opportunities while strengthening relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery (“farming” existing accounts).</li>
<li>
<strong>Sales Partnership: </strong>Partner with the sales team to win new business by leading account managers in their sales efforts through prospecting calls, sales proposals, and high-impact customer presentations.</li>

<strong>What It Takes To Win:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>4+ years</strong> of progressive leadership experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>Proven experience in <strong>freight brokerage operations and/or dispatch.</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong account management skills; existing <strong>customer or carrier base</strong> preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>transportation platforms, DOT and FMCSA regulations.</strong>
</li>
<li>A <strong>hands-on leader</strong> with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li>
