We are seeking a highly motivated graduate-level co-op to join our Product Management team focused on solutions for Type II Diabetes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of digital health products, devices, or therapeutics that improve the lives of people managing chronic conditions.
As a co-op, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Engineering to support product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product planning, market research, user experience design, and data analysis—all within the context of a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Support the development of product requirements and user stories based on patient and provider needs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure patient-centric design principles are applied.
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and cross-functional team meetings.
- Help prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay current on trends in diabetes care, digital health, and regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, MPH, MS in Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field).
- Strong interest in healthcare innovation, chronic disease management, and product development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies, data analysis tools, or agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior internship or co-op experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology.
- Exposure to product management, clinical research, or patient engagement strategies.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $34.00 - $38.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
