Network Engineer (Hybrid)

The successful candidate will support the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of our network infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across all facilities. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with Senior Network Engineers and leadership to design, implement, and support network solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related incidents.
• Participate in network-related projects and initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members.
• Act as the first responder for network-related tickets and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or support.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, wireless and switching.
• Familiarity with network security principles, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CCT, CCST, CCNP or CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
