10002 Inventory Analyst

The responsibilities of the inventory analyst include managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols. The analyst should be analytical with strong attention to detail, while also posses acute awareness and should be able to interpret and implement date on warehouse trends. 

• Responsibilities:
• • Maintain and improve the company's inventory by analyzing inventory statistics to determine inventory flow.
• • Performing extensive research on wide range of inventory related reports to identify discrepancies.
• • Monitors inventory levels very closely and resolves any issues that may become apparent.
• • Performing regular inventory Counts
• • Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statical data.
• • Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
• • Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory
• • Manage all COMP's and RMA's between all facilities are being processed, closed and documented correctly.
• • Manage the Dump and Destroy process by creating orders, scheduling pickups and doing site audits, while making sure accurate inventory is being removed.   
• • Performing End of Month processes as well as being involved in all processes dealing with End of Month Reconciliation. 
• • Help and Perform End of Year Physical Inventory by assisting the supervisor and manager.
• • Be flexible to work extra hours and days as well as be flexible to work in all shifts as required to complete tasks assigned.

• • Bachelor's degree Required or equivalent experience in the Supply Chain/Logistics
• • Inventory management experience 
• • Very strong organizational and communication skills
• • Exceptional at Analytical Thinking
• • Problem Solving Skills 
• • Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports
• • WMS experience preferred but not required 
• • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• • Proficiency of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook
• • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize
• • Able to work independently and accurately
• • Ability to work in a fast pace, completing deadline driven environment.
• • Rely on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• • Available to perform all tasks assigned by leadership or management.
