Payment Posting Supervisor - (Full Time) - HIMG CBO

St. Mary's Medical Center at HIMG is seeking a Full Time Payment Posting Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of the payment posting department and ensure payments are posted accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Education:

High School graduate with broad proven practical experience in payment posting management in the healthcare field.

Experience:

Four to six years of payment posting experience.

Certification/Skills:

Must be able to supervise and coordinate the payment posting operation of patient accounts.  Must have oral and written communications ability to deal with other institution departments and to train and supervise personnel.  Familiarity with data processing capabilities and procedures is strongly preferred.  Must have window system skills.  Must have the ability to perform a variety of duties, ranging from direct involvement in various procedures to coordination of activities of many subordinates.
