About The Role

As a Production Lead, you'll oversee shift operations and lead a team of production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You'll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'Ll Do:

• Lead all personnel and operations during your shift.
• Perform package and product changeovers with precision.
• Maintain low-cost, high-quality production practices.
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and promotional items.
• Enforce safety standards and proper PPE usage.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance and GMP compliance.
• Communicate frequently with employees to prevent errors and promote teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide daily updates to incoming shift leads and supervisors.
• Support coding, recycling, housekeeping, and personal training initiatives.

You'Ll Bring:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60–90°F or more
