That's why we're looking for a passionate and visionary Senior UX Designer to join our crew!

About The Role

This is a pivotal role where you'll be the champion for our users, shaping the experience of our flagship B2B platform, FleetGuru. You will dive deep into complex user workflows, design intuitive solutions for our international expansion, and explore nascent design techniques to create elegant interfaces for our emerging AI-powered features.

You will have the choice of working fully remote if you are interstate or being one of the lucky ones that gets to enjoy our awesome beach-side office. And yes, Gold Coast stereotypes are correct—our crew often surfs or exercises at lunch and hikes or dives on the weekends.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a UX, UI, or Product Design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products (SaaS or B2B is a huge plus!).
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (we're a Figma-first team).
• Deep experience in the end-to-end design process: user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• A proven ability to translate complex problems and user needs into simple, elegant, and effective design solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate and defend your design decisions.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience designing for AI-powered features or data-heavy applications.
• A track record of working on products that have scaled internationally (localisation/internationalisation).
• Experience building or contributing to comprehensive design systems.
• Experience in the automotive or fleet management industry.
