As our next Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the shop floor operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. You’ll supervise technical teams, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations in quality, speed, and cost.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• • Oversee daily operations on the shop floor
• • Supervise and coach technical employees to meet quality and service goals
• • Serve as process leader, defining and improving work standards
• • Coordinate inventory and purchasing activities
• • Communicate effectively across teams to align goals and resolve issues
• • Partner with Program Managers to set targets for quality, speed, and cost
• • Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and quality standards
• • Monitor training needs and coordinate development programs
• • Implement and maintain build standards
• • Approve employee time cards
• • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• • Ensure adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and company policies
• • Perform other related duties as required

What We’Re Looking For:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• • Strong understanding of automated solutions and assembly processes
• • Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts
• • Proven team management and leadership skills
• • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• • Proficiency in FMEA and GD&T
• • Knowledge of automotive systems and quality standards (IATF 16949/ISO 9001)
• • High integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

• • Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams
• • Background in automation and machine building environments
• • Track record of successful continuous improvement initiatives
