As our next Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the shop floor operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. You’ll supervise technical teams, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations in quality, speed, and cost.

What You’Ll Be Doing:
- • Oversee daily operations on the shop floor
- • Supervise and coach technical employees to meet quality and service goals
- • Serve as process leader, defining and improving work standards
- • Coordinate inventory and purchasing activities
- • Communicate effectively across teams to align goals and resolve issues
- • Partner with Program Managers to set targets for quality, speed, and cost
- • Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and quality standards
- • Monitor training needs and coordinate development programs
- • Implement and maintain build standards
- • Approve employee time cards
- • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- • Ensure adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and company policies
- • Perform other related duties as required
What We’Re Looking For:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- • Strong understanding of automated solutions and assembly processes
- • Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts
- • Proven team management and leadership skills
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- • Proficiency in FMEA and GD&T
- • Knowledge of automotive systems and quality standards (IATF 16949/ISO 9001)
- • High integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
- • Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams
- • Background in automation and machine building environments
- • Track record of successful continuous improvement initiatives
