About The Opportunity:

As a Cadet Business Manager, you’ll work closely with our experienced Business Managers to learn all aspects of finance, insurance, and compliance within a dealership environment. This hands-on training role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow into a fully qualified Business Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with finance and insurance presentations to customers
• Preparing and submitting finance applications to a variety of lenders
• Supporting the sales team in structuring deals and quoting finance options
• Learning and adhering to compliance, privacy, and disclosure regulations
• Helping to finalise vehicle deliveries and documentation
• Developing strong product knowledge across Honda, Chery & Geely vehicles

What We’Re Looking For:

• A strong interest in automotive sales and finance
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Current driver’s licence
